How a system gets drawn before it gets built
We don't justbuild it. We runbusinesses
on it.
We operate retail, cleaning and franchise companies of our own, so the systems we build for clients are shaped by having had to use them ourselves.
Most businesses reach us after the spreadsheet stopped coping. The work is rarely to invent something new; it is to take a process that already exists in people's heads and in a shared folder, and give it a system that enforces it.

Systems we built, and what they had to solve
Every study is written from the source code, and describes the client without identifying them.

A Cyprus specialist retailer
A point of sale that shares one catalogue with the web store
Replaced an off-the-shelf point of sale plugin with a terminal built for the business, and rebuilt the storefront so changes can be rehearsed first.

A Cyprus motorcycle parts retailer
A fitment finder over a four-level parts catalogue
A WooCommerce storefront where the shopper starts from their bike and ends at the right part, with no part numbers involved.

A Cyprus motorsport workshop
A workshop CRM with an app the mechanic can use at the car
A Next.js replacement for a legacy PHP tool, with a native Android client and a migration that refuses to complete if the numbers disagree.

Six things we are asked for most
Where we have published a case study, it is linked from the service.
- Custom software and platformsSystems built around how a business actually works - CRMs, quoting and invoicing, internal tools, customer portals and the mobile clients that go with them.1 case
- E-commerce and point of saleOnline stores that match how the business sells, and tills that write real orders into the same catalogue instead of a second system that drifts.3 cases
- Integrations and automationConnecting the systems a business already pays for - couriers, payments, accounting and suppliers - so that work stops being retyped between them.2 cases
- AI engineeringLanguage models applied to a specific job inside an existing system, with the retrieval, review and cost controls that decide whether the result can be relied on.No case yet
- Infrastructure and hostingEuropean servers we run ourselves, or your own accounts if you prefer - containers, TLS, backups, monitoring and a deployment pipeline, at a fixed monthly cost instead of a usage bill.1 case
- Digital marketing and SEOThe technical half of being found - fast pages, correct markup, multilingual content that stays in step, and a content model the client can actually run.No case yet
Technology built around the business. Not the other way around.
Four steps, and we stay after the fourth: what we build, we host and support.
01
Discovery
We map how the business actually runs today, including the spreadsheets and the workarounds.
02
Build
We build the system in small, shippable pieces you can use before it is finished.
03
Integrate
We connect it to the couriers, payment providers and marketplaces you already depend on.
04
Host and support
We run it on infrastructure you own or on ours, as agreed, with backups, monitoring and someone to call.
Where it starts
You tell us what is broken.
We reply within one working day, and tell you whether software is the answer and roughly what it would take.
Questions we are asked before we start
Each answer links to where the site shows it.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Usually that is the job. We connect what a business already pays for — couriers, payment providers, accounting and suppliers — so that work stops being retyped between them.
Integrations and automationCan you move our existing records across?
Yes. We migrate off legacy systems with reconciliation: in one study the migration refuses to complete if the numbers disagree.
Read that studyWill we be able to edit it ourselves?
Where editing is part of the job, yes. We build content models an editor can use without training; one clinic edits its own pages in two languages from a single source.
Read that studyWhat happens after launch?
We stay. What we build, we host and support: backups, health checks and uptime monitoring, with staging and approved production releases.
Infrastructure and hostingWho hosts it, and whose servers are they?
Either, by agreement. We run it on infrastructure you own, or host it on the European servers we run ourselves, with the same backups, monitoring and approved releases.
Infrastructure and hostingDo we need AI?
Only if it does one specific job inside the system. We scope a model to that job, add human review for uncertain output, control the cost, and agree acceptance criteria before it is switched on.
AI engineeringWhy are your clients not named?
Because we do not name a client, show their logo or publish their screenshots without written permission. Every study here describes the client without identifying them, and the same rule would cover your business.
How we treat client workDo you work outside Cyprus?
Yes. We build for companies in Cyprus and across Europe.
